this hotel is equal to 4 stars. the bathroom was modern and the staff was helpful. a real bonus was location near la motte picquet-grenelle underground station. the owner was friendly.

The hotel was really well situated, the decor had a modern romantic French flair and the day staff was really friendly and helpful.
The front desk evening staff was less fluant in English. I read this from other reviews and will confirm that the corridors, elevator and room is a tight fit. It did not bother us as we were prepared for it.

The hotel was very well located for the Eiffel Tower and als the Metro station. This made it very easy to get around Paris. There were also lots of shops and places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. Hotel was clean & tidy, staff were every helpful and the room was reasonably spacious.
The lift did not work one day but I guess that was just bad luck.The staff were very apologetic about the problem. It was a Sunday and it was fixed the next day.

Great size room, with separate single mattress for child. Comfortable bed. Free wifi. Large and modern bathroom with complimentary Hermes products. Friendly staff, and great location. Overall, a really lovely hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is excellent for the Eiffel Tower and boat trips along the Seine - The Hermes toiletries
The inner court yard room we had was dark. The room we had was small and even if we hadn't had the chair foler down into a bed for our son it still would have been small. It was too 'kitch' for our taste

The hotel was stunning and our room, though very compact, was luxurious and beautifully designed. A real treat, very close to the Eiffel Tower and some lovely spots for a lazy breakfast. Highly recommended!

hotel staff was very nice and helpful, only 5 minute walk from eiffel tower, 1 minute from metro station, hotel rooms are very nice and clean.

we loved the location to the eiffel tower,it had great bathroom and hot water available at any time to make tea or coffee.
we were travelling as 3 adults and the third bed was a fold out bed ,not the most comfortable .

Very friendly staff and a peaceful atmosphere The only complaint would be the coffee for breakfast. Beautiful clean room and quality fittings.

The lift doors were very noisy and therefore affected the room ambiance. Lift being used during night woke us up. Rooms smaller than anticipated by promo photos

Everything was absolutley perfect, we are super fussy with Hotels and this was perfect, the counter staff were brilliant, high energy and friendly, the rooms were extremely clean....... 100% this will be the only Hotel we stay at in Paris, it is close to everything, a short work to the Eifel tower, plenty of food and shopping, cant rate it highly enough. Stay there, you wont be dissapointed.

Clean, fairly spacious and staff were great. Breakfast was good with excellent service. Location close to Eiffel Tower and close to food and Metro. Would stay again

the rooms are very small and the hotel is very much overrated. too expensive, would not stay there again. if you wanna take kids with you, choose another hotel.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Of course it is a little expensive but it costs it. One will really enjoy it. Fully equiped with Hermes cosmetic. That is pleasure too. Very near to the Mstation. Lots of cafe and restaurants near by. The personal was very kind.
Coffe and tea shoud be in the room or cost nothing as the hotel is not as cheap.
